Dr. Rivera also manages conditions of the bladder and lower urinary tract symptoms, including recurrent infections and inflammatory disorders.
In addition to growing a thriving medical practice, Dr. Rivera served as Director of Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery within the Ob/Gyn department, where she played an active role in teaching and training residents and medical students, and mentoring young physicians. Dr. Rivera also worked with under-served patients and participated in various hospital committees focused on improving services and optimizing medical care.
