Dr. Thompson enjoys time at home and traveling with her husband Brian and two kids, Emery and Kai. She surrounds herself with opportunities to bike (mountain, road, gravel, spin or winter bike!), and stays grounded with daily meditation and yoga. She loves to cook, enjoying simple nourishing meals to preparing elaborate dinners.
